A Home away from Home appeal for You and your Family. This is a Townhouse in a small Complex of 11 Properties and 3 x Shops for Business.

PLEASE NOTE:
I have put a BLOCK on my property for holiday requests more than 6 x months in advance.
Due to the situation in the World at the present time I feel I cannot guarantee providing Holiday Accommodation more than 6 x months in advance.

GUIDELINES for PROSPECTIVE GUESTS:

1. PLEASE NOTE: No pet animals are allowed in the Rental Home. No friends pets
allowed to visit.

2. PLEASE NOTE: As the Owner I provide an Orientation of my Home on your arrival.
The Orientation of my Home is COMPULSORY for the whole group.
If this is not possible or not what you want please let me know.

3. PLEASE NOTE:
When sending an enquiry please add more details as this would be
very help full. Such as:
* Your location. Where you are travelling from.
* Ages of your Children.
* Retired persons.
* 2 x Families.
* Purpose of your holiday.
* Special needs.
* Allergies.
* Expectations.
* Grand Children who will be visiting and Sleeping Over.
* Car Space is for a SMALL Car. SUV will not fit. Doors cannot be open to allow exit.
* Surfboards and Bicycles. NOT allowed within the Rental Home. To be kept at the Front Porch or in the Garage area,

* Please respond to the 1) Pet animals.
2) Orientation by Owner for the whole Group.
3) Questions listed above as appropriate.
4) Your Questions as I am keen to here from yourselves.

UPSTAIRS:
* MASTER BEDROOM:
Master Bedroom with comfortable Queen Size Bed and Comforter .
2 x Side Tables and Lamps. Large En-Suite and Walk in Wardrobe. Wall Unit with LCD T.V, DVD and additional Couch in the room.
Carpeted and Ceiling Fan. There is no air conditioner.

* En-Suite in Master Bedroom recently renovated. Shower, Toilet and Vanity Basin.

* Double Glazing on Windows. Warm and Cosy and Quiet at all times. Also a Ceiling Fan.

* SECOND BEDROOM:
Two comfortable King Single Beds. Large Built in Wardrobe. Carpeted and Ceiling Fan. Desk and Chair. Ceiling fans in the bedroom. No air conditioner.

* SECOND BATHROOM - next to the Second Bedroom:
Recently renovated Bathroom next to the Second Bedroom with Bath / Shower. Shampoo and Conditioner are provided.
Large Vanity and Toilet.

* LINEN PRESS:
Additional Bath Towels and Beach Towels. Additional Pillows.


DOWNSTAIRS:
OPEN PLAN Lounge / Dining / Kitchen.
* WiFi available. User Name and Password given on arrival.
* Netflix available.
* Double Glazing on Lounge windows and seal around Front Door to block out street noise.
Downstairs now very Quiet inside and Cosy and Warm in the winter and cool in the summer due to the Double Glazing and Seal around the Front Door..

* LOUNGE ROOM:
Comfortable Couch and an Arm Chair.
Seating is for 4 x people only.
Large LCD T.V on wall, DVD and NetFlix.
Newly Carpeted inside the Home.
A Room Cooler x 1 available for the Lounge Area.

Please note Couch is NOT to be used as a Bed for sleeping.

* DINING ROOM:
Round Dining Table and Chairs x 4 .
Glass table top.
NO HOT items to be placed directly on the glass. Place mats available for hot items.

* KITCHEN:
Fully equipped Kitchen with Family sized Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, China x 4, Cutlery, Pots and Pans, Cleaning items under the Sink.
Electric Oven and Gas Cook Top. Coffee Maker.
Tiled Floor.
View to Terrace and Garden from Kitchen Window.

Milk and Sugar is provided. Also Coffee and Tea.

* LAUNDRY:
Family size Washer, Dryer, Clothes Airer, Clothes Basket and Pegs and Laundry Tub. Tiled Floor. Pantry with additional washing powder and toilet paper etc.
Ironing Board and Iron provided.

* DOWNSTAIRS TOILET:
Additional separate Toilet next to the Laundry.

EXTRAS:
* Umbrellas if needed.

OUTSIDE TERRACE:
Outdoor Setting for up to 6 x people. Seats with Cushions.
When not in use please cover with Table Cover.
Potted Plants and Retractable Clothes Line.
Sun Lounge. When not in use please Cover with Chair Cover.
Tiled Terrace.
Sunny spot.
SMALL Gas BBQ and Gas Bottle.

Watering the pot plants is needed every day especially in the summer months, please.

CAR PARKING:
SMALL Car Space only.
Street Parking for larger cars.
Owner provides Car Sticker for 12 hour Free Parking at Surf Club at 600m away for larger cars.

Please note: If additional Guests stay over night above the number of people already quoted for there is an additional Cost Per Person per night AUD $50.00.
Couch Surfing on the Couch is prohibited.

INSPECTIONS WELCOME.
Villa by the Sea is located in Waterloo St, Narrabeen and very close to the corner of Ocean St, Narrabeen.

The Narrabeen Lakes for Walks, Cycling or Boating is 600 m away.

The Surf Beach is 100 m away in the other direction.

Express Bus called the B1 from Narrabeen to City of Sydney every 15 minutes and has only 7 x stops.

NO NEED FOR A CAR. Excellent transport just down the street to the city of Sydney, Palm Beach and Manly.
