There are another 3 bedrooms on the bottom level, two sharing a bathroom and the other offering an en-suite. With two spacious living areas there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the stylish yet comfortable home.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens with manicured lawns the house also offers a hot/cold shower for the keen beach goers to refresh after some killer waves - the main beach of Palm Beach only being about a 5 minute walk!
