⚠️Central air conditioning, with vents in every room and the living room. No separate heating units.
* We provide one bath towel per person and 1–2 hand towels per bathroom. Extra towels or bath towels are available for $10 AUD each. Extra bed linens cost $ 50 AUD (please confirm at least 1 day before check-in).
* No parties and quiet hours: Our property is not suitable for parties or events. Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm. Neighbours may contact us, local security, or the police if excessive noise occurs after 10 pm.
* Check-in and check-out instructions:
Check-in instructions will be automatically provided at least 1 day prior to your stay via a mobile app link (iOS, Android, or desktop) where you can view detailed instructions, photos, and location information. If you cannot access the link, feel free to contact me for help :)
* Check-out instructions will also be provided automatically at least 1 day before departure. Please remember to take a photo of the key after you check out.
* Last-minute bookings:
We usually need at least one day to arrange cleaning and notify our staff of special check-in requirements. Same-day bookings may not be able to check in at 3:00 pm, but we will try our best to accommodate your arrival time — please message us before booking.
* Early check-in requests:
Unlike hotels, we do not have on-site cleaning staff. Our cleaners usually schedule work the day before check-in. Standard check-in is 3:00 pm to ensure the property is ready for your arrival. Please contact us at least 1 day in advance for early check-in requests. Unfortunately, same-day early check-in cannot be guaranteed — we appreciate your understanding!
* Late check-out requests:
We understand that sometimes you may enjoy staying a little longer! However, other guests may check in on your departure day, and unlike a hotel, we do not have spare rooms. All late check-out requests must be made at least 1 day in advance to ensure our cleaning crew has enough time. If you need to check out after 12:00 pm, an additional half-day rate will be charged via Airbnb, payable before the night of departure. Same-day late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. If no late check-out is approved, our cleaners will begin work at 10:00 am and will have access to the property.
* Rebooking is subject to availability and new daily rates, which may differ from your original booking. New check-in dates must be within 90 days — please contact us to confirm availability.
* Please keep the property key and key fob with you at all times. Lost keys or emergency key delivery will incur $180 AUD. Any emergency locksmith costs will be the guest’s responsibility (starting from $180 AUD).
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required beyond standard cleaning.
* To account for individual differences in allergy sensitivities and food safety concerns (to avoid food/condiments being contaminated with unknown substances), this property does not provide any edible food items or condiments. Thank you for your understanding!
!!! A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required, The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will becollected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days ofcheck-out. Your deposit will berefunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection ofthe property!!!!
