The sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee, offering flexible sleeping options while keeping the space feeling uncluttered.
The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, featuring an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, air fryer, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials to support everyday meals. A central island bench doubles as both a dining table and a workspace, ideal for casual meals or remote work sessions. Step outside to the spacious balcony, furnished with seating for six—perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or enjoying fresh air.
The bedroom is partially separated from the living area by a sliding partition, allowing privacy while maintaining an open feel.
