The sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee, making the space both a relaxed lounge and a flexible sleeping zone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, fridge and Nespresso machine, along with cooking essentials to make meal preparation easy. A central island bench doubles as a dining table or workspace, ideal for breakfast, casual meals or remote work. Step outside to a spacious balcony furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating for six, offering the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, alfresco meals or fresh air.
The bedroom is partially separated from the living area by a sliding partition, allowing privacy while maintaining an open feel. A queen bed with a Koala mattress and soft lighting set the tone for restful nights and slow mornings.
