The Hunter Valley is Australia's oldest wine making region that is located just over 2 hours drive from Sydney. With over 150 wineries and a range of grape types including Chardonnay, Semillion, Verdelho, Shiraz and Merlot, there is an abundance of wine loving varieties to sample and enjoy. We'll choose up to 4 vineyards to visit with a cheese or chocolate tasting option. Optional visit to Wollombi: a small historical town almost lost in time. together we'll discover its quaint modern day reality while learning about its' interesting past.
