The Space: Enter the apartment into an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with polished cement floors, recessed dimmable lighting and reverse-cycle air-con throughout. In the living area, you’ll find a comfy 3-seater sofa, large Smart TV, surround sound, potted plants and a ceiling fan. Glass sliding doors take you out the first of 3 balconies with views over historical terrace houses and the CBD beyond. Back inside the apartment, there’s a dining table with 6 chairs and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel benchtops, a double sink, gas cooktop, commercial size oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. A European laundry houses a Samsung washing machine and separate dryer.
On the apartments’ second level, you’ll find polished timber floorboards throughout and the apartment’s available bedroom, offering a king size bed, rugs for winter comfort, a ceiling fan and generous built-in robes providing plenty of storage for longer stays. More glass sliding doors lead out to a balcony with urban views and the CBD in the distance. Block-out blinds inside the bedroom allow you to control the light flow.
The apartment’s newly renovated bathroom is also on this level, beautifully fitted with large sand/grey tiling and a mirrored vanity. A spacious shower recess has a rainfall shower rose and a frameless glass screen. Heated flooring and towel rails are added luxuries.
The top floor terrace offers sweeping views of the CBD skyline, Sydney Tower, St Mary's Cathedral and the Domain. Outdoor furnishings include a 3-seater lounge, occasional tables and a dining table to accommodate 6 people comfortably. There’s also an outdoor ‘wet kitchen’ with Smeg BBQ, fridge and dishwasher for your convenience.
The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in the ‘walkers paradise’ of buzzy Darlinghurst, with everything you need just a short stroll away, including supermarkets, St Vincents Hospital and the National Art School. It’s walking distance to a great choice of shops and eateries, along with the bars and nightclubs in either Kings Cross and Oxford Street, home to Sydney’s world famous Mardi Gras Parade. Sydney CBD’s Hyde Park is less than 10 minutes away on foot, with beautiful Rushcutters Bay Park, set right on the harbour, only 20 minutes from the apartment. The Cook & Phillip swimming pool, Art Gallery of NSW and Boy Charleton swimming pool are all easy walks away too.
Getting Around: With only limited timed street parking available, the apartment is best suited to guests who use public transport. It’s a short walk to bus stops on Crown and Oxford streets, where regular services will take you into the CBD, the Rocks (home to Sydney’s Iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge), major shopping/eatery hub Bondi Junction and our world famous Bondi Beach. Museum Train station is also nearby.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
