The combined living/dining space has a ‘Smart’ flatscreen TV and stylish ‘click-clack’ sofa that converts to an extra bed if needed. A round glass top dining setting seats 4 people. This living space flows through to a newly renovated kitchen which can be seen via a connecting server, and comes fully equipped with a large fridge, 4-burner gas stove, electric under bench oven, microwave and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays, and a sunny alcove with a desk that can be used as a work station. A second bedroom also has a double bed and its own built in wardrobes.

The bathroom is also recently renovated and features floor-to ceiling tiles and a large shower recess with frameless glass screen. There is also a private laundry on an upper floor of the building, with a washing machine and dryer for exclusive use of the apartment .

Please note: this apartment is on Edgecliff Road which connects Edgecliff to Bondi and although it can have ambient street noise during the day, it’s quieter in the evenings.

Bondi Junction has evolved into one of Sydney’s most popular shopping, restaurant and transport hubs, and its centre is 5 minutes stroll away from the apartment. A major Westfield shopping complex and countless specialty shops cater to all your retail needs. There are also literally dozens of eateries mere walking distance away to suit any budget. And to top it off, Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach is less only 10 minutes drive.

Getting Around:
The Bondi Junction transit hub is 5 minutes walk away, where you can catch regular bus or train services around metropolitan Sydney, including the CBD (downtown) and Bondi Beach.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost.
