The kitchen looks on to a combined living dining area with a round glass top dining table, a comfy sofa and large smart TV with curved screen.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, block-out blinds, and floor-to-ceiling built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. A second bedroom is home to a double bed, its own built in wardrobes and block-out blinds.
Also recently renovated, the bathroom features stylish floor-to ceiling tiles and a shower recess with frameless glass screen. There is also a laundry on an upper floor of the building, with a washing machine and dryer for the apartment .
Please note: this apartment is on Edgecliff Road which connects Edgecliff to Bondi and although it can have ambient street noise during the day, it’s quieter in the evenings.
The Neighborhood: The Neighbourhood: Bondi Junction has evolved into one of Sydney’s most popular shopping, restaurant and transport hubs, and its centre is 5 minutes stroll away from the apartment. A major Westfield shopping complex and countless specialty shops cater to all your retail needs. There are also literally dozens of eateries mere walking distance away to suit any budget. And to top it off, Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach is less only 10 minutes drive.
Getting Around: The Bondi Junction transit hub is 5 minutes walk away, where you can catch regular bus or train services around metropolitan Sydney, including the CBD (Downtown) and Bondi Beach.

Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost.
