This Avalon Beach house is ideal for two family's wanting to have a perfect summer holiday. House is quietly positioned on a large, flat block easy access for all ages, with only one small step up to house all rooms have Duct Air-conditioning and heating.

The home has 4 bedrooms - Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, toilet and shower, TV with foxtel. The sliding doors open, allowing room to flow through to the beautiful tropical gardens rear of house. The second bedroom is a mini gym with exercise bike and weights a bed can be added to this room if required upon request. The 3rd bedroom has a Double bed. The 4th bedroom has Queen Bed.

The living areas of the house are large open plan style living. The Kitchen, dinning area, and two lounge room areas flow through to the outside covered deck area with a BBQ incorporating another dinning table and lounge chairs for fabulous hours of entertaining. Up a few steps into the wonderful swimming pool that can be seen from inside the house open plan living areas which is great for keeping an eye on the kids.

The gardens make you feel that you are holidaying in a private tropical oasis.

This house is completely secure with an electric front gate. Keeping the kids locked in and safe not to mention the privacy.
