Avalon Central is a light and airy self contained apartment located only 5 mins walk to the beach, cafes, boutiques, theatre, restaurants and the village charm of Avalon.
A leisurely 5 or 6 minute stroll gets you to the heart of the village, and the beach is just across the road. No need to take the car, everything is easily accessible on foot.
Accommodation consists of a beautifully comfortable double bed with a feather and down doona. There is also a double sofa bed, suitable for two children.
Tariffs listed are for 2 people occupancy, extra charges apply for each additional guest, and also for 2 guests who wish to use both the double bed and the double sofa bed.
Facilities include an en-suite bathroom with shower, full kitchenette with electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge and all essential utilities. TV and DVD player, and free WiFi, a good selection selection of books and board games, beach towels, iron and ironing board. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.
An undercover patio is a nice spot to relax during the day or a quiet drink in the evening. Smoking is permitted in this area only.
Although we are a pet friendly accommodation, you must let us know some details of the pet you'd like to bring. There are some restrictions. Also be aware that there is no fenced yard on the premises. Pets are not allowed on the bed or lounge, and must not be left unattended in the apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor of our residence and has its own private entrance. If we can help you with any requirements that are not listed please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to make your stay even more pleasurable. Check in from 2pm, check out by 10am.
