What We Love:

The perfect Summer vacay awaits in this self-contained, beautiful 3-bedroom home in close proximity to Tamarama beach. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this property is a fantastic find for extended family holidays or trips away with family friends.

Split across two levels, the home combines classic high ceilings with contemporary accents, premium stone tiled floors and eye-catching artwork on display throughout.

The spacious, full facilities kitchen is a budding chef’s dream – featuring luxe marble bench tops and mod cons, including Asko gas cooktop and Miele oven. Plus, clean-up will be speedy with the Asko dishwasher.

Dine casually at the kitchen bar with high stools that overlooks the gorgeous garden, or enjoy a meal with the family at separate dining table.

The open plan living area is full of neutral shabby chic décor that sets a peaceful, tranquil tone for guests to relax and unwind in. You’ll discover lots of break-away seating options, including a main lounge-suite, comfortable armchair and ottoman and separate plush, cosy ‘nook’ seat for curling up with a good book.

Free WIFI is available to you so you can stay connected, or enjoy other forms of entertainment, such as a family movie night on the Smart TV.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and offer a comfortable night’s rest on beautiful linen. The 2 bathrooms are both stand-outs that add another touch of luxury to your holiday. Beautiful marble finishes and a spacious shower can be found in the lower bathroom. The upstairs bathroom offers great natural light and includes a bath tub (with shower overhead) for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. You’ll also be covered for short or longer stays with laundry facilities available.

Make the most of the spending time in the beautiful garden with outdoor entertainment area and Webber gas BBQ for al fresco dining.

The home is ideally located just streets away (approx. 10 mins walking) from Tamarama Beach and only 15-20 minutes’ walk to Bronte and Bondi Beaches. Spend your days relaxing in the garden with your family, having beach picnics or in the sun and surf. This location ensures you’ll always have something to do, even if that is just to relax and unwind with a book.

The area is known for its close proximity to a range of wonderful beach and street cafés and restaurants for your morning freshly squeezed juice or times you want to dine out instead of cook.
