What We Love

Set in a private block of just 4 properties, this self-contained home has contemporary finishes throughout, interspersed vibrant, unique artwork and antiqued wooden accents.

The home feels chic, sophisticated and homely at the same time and is equipped with all necessary mod-cons.

Each of the 3 bedrooms have smart storage options, built in robes and a study desk and chair.
The first beautifully furnished bedroom features a large comfortable bed and porcelain coloured blue and white décor, whilst bedroom two could be ideal for a child or teen, with bright accent colours balanced with classic white furnishings.

The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with drawers and marble-top chest of drawers, and opens onto a balcony providing a lovely leafy outlook. This bedroom also has a large ensuite with natural light and shower and toilet.

Bathroom two is spacious with elegant tiles and has a bath tub and standalone shower and toilet.

The gorgeous, sleek kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and a large stone island bench that provides plenty of prep space, plus seating for casual dining.

This area leads onto the open plan living/dining area. You’ll find an 8-seater table and lounge area with two double lounge suites and several plush armchairs to relax and unwind on.

A nearby second entertainment area has an oversized modular lounge suite, smart TV (with Foxtel, Apple TV, Netflix and Stan) and Bose soundbar.

Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors can be opened for combined indoor/outdoor living.

Set on a leafy street in a charming area of the Eastern Suburbs, you will be within a short walking distance from a great array of local shops and eateries. Walk along the Promenade and enjoy the beautiful bay, full of boats or the CBD and nearby beaches such as Bondi are a short car ride away.

•Looking for something a bit different? Pack a picnic and head to Vaucluse Park or Nielsen Park and stroll around the Harbour foreshore back to Rose Bay.
