The Space: Situated in a charming, boutique Art Deco building of 6 units, this spacious apartment offers carpet throughout and picture perfect views of glittering Rose Bay from a generous sized balcony with seating for 2. The balcony comes off a large open-plan living/dining area with a comfy modular lounge suite, wall-mounted ‘Smart’ TV and study nook, while the dining table seats 6 people. A portable air-conditioner and portable oil heater ensure the space is a comfortable temperature all year round. The kitchen flows off this dining area and comes equipped with a family-sized fridge, microwave, electric induction cooktop and oven and a Bosch dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, room-darkening shades and loads of wardrobe space for longer stays. The centrally-located bathroom has been fully renovated and features floor-to- ceiling tiling and a roomy shower recess. There’s also a European-style laundry with a Bosch washing machine. A clothesline is provided out the back of the building.

The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood: There are several delicious eatery options within a short stroll from the apartment, including Sydney’s renowned ‘Catalina’ restaurant which offers great food and gorgeous harbour views. ‘Jewel On The Bay’ is situated right next door and serves Indian cuisine, while other eateries can be found in nearby Plumer Road Village, where you’ll also find a grocer, patisserie, pharmacy, bottle shop, dry cleaners and other specialty shops. Woollahra Sailing Club and the Woollahra Golf Club are both a short walk away, as are the Lyne Park tennis courts. For upmarket shopping and a Woolworths supermarket, Double Bay is only a 5 minute drive away, while major shopping and transport hub Bondi Junction is just 10 minutes by car, as is Sydney’s world renowned Bondi Beach.
Getting Around: Although the apartment comes with ample free street parking, there are easy public transport options available. For a spectacular and quintessentially Sydney travel experience, it’s a 5 minute walk to Rose Bay Wharf where you can catch a ferry and sail along Sydney’s glorious harbour to major transport hub Circular Quay in about 20 minutes. Bus services are also available, which stop virtually outside the front of the building and will get you into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in just over 30 minutes.

Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
