• Please note: From December 2024, the air conditioning on the main level is not available. Freestanding fans (cool air only) have been provided for your comfort in the kitchen and living room.
• 2025 - Home theatre/play room TV is not working. Rear balcony furniture is well worn and the owner will replace mid-year.
