Casablanca is a one bedroom one bathroom self contained suite which has just been built and has all the mod cons for a relaxing or romantic getaway.
Situated in Avalon beach it is a 5 minute drive to the beach and village.
The view on the balcony is stunning, overlooking Pittwater and the striking Kurringai national park.
The location is very peaceful with lots of natural flaura and forna in the area. Sulphur crest Cockatoos and Parakeets visit most days.
The suite itself is of a very high specification with a fully functional kitchen, fridge freezer, Foxtel TV,wardrobe and very comfortable King bed from which you can see the reflection of Pittwater. The room has reverse cycle airconditioning and the bi-fold doors open onto a deck which has a table and two chairs and a BBQ.
The bathroom which is down stairs on the next level is also brand new with all the expected shower , toilet and washbasin facilities with heated flooring and heated towel rail for the colder months. Soap and shampoo plus towels are provided.
There is also a washer / dryer situated under the stairs for your convenience.
The property is not suitable for children or anyone with a mobility challenge as there are stairs to navigate. Pets are also not allowed.
