The Space:
Circa feature wall inspired by the late Theo Van Doesberg in the 1900's. You will have the entire Loft to yourself. Pool and yard shared with the owner, Garry.
**Garry has a small puppy. Please don't let puppy into the fenced pool area or out the front gate into the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the shared pool area. The pool is closed during bad weather and the winter months.
Please supervise your children in this shared space at all times.

The Neighborhood:
Cromer is a beautiful leafy neighbourhood. Diesel's Loft is only 100 metres to the nearest coffee shop (Coffee Lane). Cromer is one of the most sort after lifestyle suburb on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Offering quality schools direct transport links to Manly and Sydney's CBD, with excellent proximity to regional retail centers including Warringah Mall and Chatswood. Multiple sports facilities and well maintained playing grounds as well as the prestigious Cromer Golf Course. Great lifestyle value for families less than five minutes drive from Collaroy, Dee Why or Narrabeen Beaches.

Other Things to Note:
The owner lives on the property. The front yard and swimming pool with him (Garry) and his family.

*There is a small pet dog on the property. Cavadoodle, 1/2 King Charles spaniel, 1/2 poodle. Very cute and nice natured. Please don't let him out the gate.

*All bookings for 14 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the option of a Refresh & Restock at $100 or Thorough Clean at $150.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
