The Space:
Bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. A porta cot is available on request. We ask that you bring your own baby bedding/linen.

Bedroom 2 is actually the open plan hallway/office space area. Bunk beds are double on the lower bunk and single on the top. They are positioned in the far end of the open plan area, adjacent to the powder room.

You will find the Maverick is comfortable, tastefully furnished and styled with everything you need.

Guest Access:
*Free roadside parking out the front of the reserve on Geelong Road. From
there, it is a 20 metre walk across the reserve to Mavericks gate & private yard
at number 11.

*There is great little coffee shop open in the mornings, just around the corner.
Turn right at end of Geelong Road, "Coffee Lane". There is usually parking out
front but it is only a 5 minute walk from the Maverick, at most.

The Neighborhood:
Cromer is a beautiful leafy neighbourhood. Maverick's Retreat is only 100 metres away, just around the corner to the nearest coffee shop (Coffee Lane) which is open in the mornings.
Turn right at end of Geelong Road, "Coffee Lane". There is usually parking out front but it is only a 5 minute walk from the Maverick, at most.
Cromer is one of the most sort after lifestyle suburb on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Offering direct transport links to Manly and Sydney's CBD, with excellent proximity to regional retail centers including Warringah Mall and Chatswood. Multiple sports facilities and well maintained playing grounds as well as the prestigious Cromer Golf Course. Great lifestyle value for families less than five minutes drive from Collaroy, Dee Why or Narrabeen Beaches.

Other Things to Note:
*There are 2 containers at the back door. One for Paper & the other for Glass and Plastic.

*Put out the garbage onto the curb to the right of the reserve on Tuesday nights. Red bins to go out on Monday nights please.

*A cot is provided. We just ask that parents of babies, bring their own baby bedding/linen. We also ask that you bring nappy bags and dispose of bagged nappies into the outside bins near the end of the patio.

*Council does not permit Parking on the reserve itself.

*Fire Extinguisher under kitchen sink.

*Owner lives out the back of this property also. He (Garry) lives on the back section with his wife and 2 sons.
You're area is out the front (your yard) is totally private and fenced off.
You are welcome to enter Garry's back section, exit from your back door, walk down the path along the side of his house towards his back lawn and enjoy the shared pool. (Pool is closed in bad weather and winter season).
Please supervise children in Garry's backyard, especially inside of the pool fence area.

There is a puppy in Garry's back yard. Please do not let the puppy in the swimming pool area or out of the gate.

*Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
