Nestled in a classic Art Deco apartment complex, this spacious and modern home is a sanctuary on the water. With Japanese black floorboards spread throughout, and a touch of eclectic styling, this home has a stylish, contemporary atmosphere. From the first swing open of the front door, glimpses of the bay and harbour are front and centre down a stretching hallway towards the living area. The two bedrooms are tucked away at the front end of the house, with a spacious marble bathroom (with bathtub) beside them. The hallway opens up into an open plan living and dining area that makes the most of the home’s spectacular views. The blue of the bay and the shining white hulls of the marina’s watercraft are the perfect backdrop to a summer’s twilight dinner, or a coffee in the lazy morning sunlight, as the coastal breezes waft through the room. A galley kitchen with Smeg appliances and an internal laundry leads off this space, as well as a cosy sunlit balcony, perched right on the edge of the building and making it the perfect spot to admire the stretching water views as you unwind at the end of a long day.
