The main open plan living and dining area combines woody features and natural-toned furnishings to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, finished with beautiful, Japan black floors. Nestled behind this area is the kitchen nook with a bench cut out into the separating wall, allowing guests to simultaneously be both host and chef. The kitchen also has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall storage, making the most of the its space.

Each room in the home is bathed in natural sunlight, with luxe mood lighting provided by elegant fixtures and light features. The bedrooms in particular emanate this moody, urban vibe; the master bedroom with plush soft furnishings, and the second queen-sized bedroom with its quirky artwork and spectacular waterfront views and direct access to a patio that stretches out onto a lawn towards the water, perfect for an evening drink while the sun sets.
