The Periscope House is a  brand new build, complete with everything to make the perfect luxury holiday house and is situated just a 60-minute drive from Sydney CBD.

The living area will take your breath away as it takes advantage of the 180-degree view of Port Hacking across towards Yowie Bay and Gunnamatta. Open the house up in Summer to take advantage of the indoor-outdoor flow and inhale the sea breeze, or cosy up in Winter thanks to the toasty reverse-cycle air-conditioning and gas fireplace.

The kitchen will delight your inner gourmet chef with an oven, as well as combination oven (microwave, grill, oven etc), integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and induction cooktop for perfectly controlled cooking. The property has both a Coffee Machine with pods included as well as a soda stream for sparkling drink enjoyment.

Entertainment is delivered via two large smart TVs. Netflix accounts with SONOS speakers throughout the house, allowing you complete control over music or television sound wherever you are.

You can enjoy your own private beach at the bottom of the staircase, perfect for late afternoon relaxing in the sun and cooling off in the clear waters of port hacking. Bring your kayaks or paddleboards and explore the waterway, including a stop off at Maianbars long golden sandbar.
