Divided into two separate accommodation wings the home offers a huge central living area that includes the kitchen, dining area and open fire. Off each side of the living room there are two separate outdoor entertaining areas to capitalize on the best conditions that the Northern Beaches weather offers. The eastern wing includes three very large bedrooms and an additional open-plan casual living space with incredible views of the beach. This area is ideal for the children and/or nanny. Each bedroom has an oil heater for the cooler months and feather down quilts. The central core of the house is the perfect meeting point for the entire family. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the rustic family dining table or relax in style either on the lounge or out on the terrace just soaking up the view.

This uniquely-located home is minutes from the well-known village atmosphere at Avalon. Enjoy the many cafes, restaurants and wide variety of shopping. It is also within walking distance of Whale Beach and Palm Beach, starting off in the Careel Headland Reserve, as well as the boating paradise of Pittwater.
