This apartment is just 5 mins walk to Town Hall / Wynyard Station.

There is Secure Parking just a 1 min drive from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
- We are happy to host you and your family, especially your child, the reason why we have mentioned not suit for children is that we don't have a baby cot, other than that our apartment is perfect for your family,
- Keep quiet between 10 pm to 7 am
- Do not trigger the fire alarm by smoking; the penalty is applied.
- Please be kind to save the environment by turning off the air conditioning and all the lights when you leave the apartment
- Do not break fragile items. If you accidentally break it, please notify us in case someone gets hurt
- Garbage chute is on the left-hand side of the lift. If you wish us to deal with the garbage, please leave them in the bin.
- No drug allowed in the house
- Strictly No PARTY allowed. Penalty applies. $500 to $1000 fine applies up to the cleaning job and damage to the property
- No prostitution service is allowed in the apartment.
- Do not take the item from the property
- Do not lose the key. A penalty applies to $500 for losing the key or Swipe Card.
- Booking over seven days, you will need to provide access to the property once per week to allow the manager to inspect the property's condition. This is a compulsory condition.
