Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Only room unavailable is the first room to the left next to the front door (personal storage).

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Great local neighborhood. Walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Lots of nearby parks, often with views overlooking the water. Walking distance to bus and ferry stops to the city. Only 15min bus ride to city.

On-street parking available for 2 hours.

Other Things to Note:
Please respect neighbours and be quiet after 10pm. No parties.

Please place covers back on outside table & chairs, outside umbrella and BBQ after use to prevent mould.

The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
