This recently renovated two-bedroom property can accommodate up to four guests. Positioned in a central, premier location in Sydneys east, it is an ideal option for both short and longer stays.

You will be greeted by monochromatic, contemporary dcor, including new appliances, hardwood floorboards and stylish artwork and furnishings throughout.

The spacious, full facilities kitchen contains a generous island bench, that also serves as a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Combined living and dining areas contribute to the sizable feel of the space, which has a dining table that seats four, and can also double as a workspace if needed.
The lounge includes a comfortable seating to relax on, while streaming your favourite films and shows on Netflix from the television.

The first bedroom contains two single beds and storage options, whilst the second bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and chest of drawers for your essentials.
The impeccable, chic, black tiled bathroom has a large shower and includes amenities and plush towels.
During your stay you will also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, temperature control with reverse cycle hot and cool air conditioning and laundry for use.

This eastern Sydney home is set upon a leafy, tree lined street and boasts a covetable, central location near cafs, restaurants, boutique shops and more. There is no shortage of public transport options, so you can explore the local and further surrounds only 10 minutes (walking) to Edgecliff station, bus stop just outside the building, and minutes walk to the harbour.

Want to feel a little ocean breeze through your hair? Take the train to Bondi Beach and relax for the day, or enjoy a coastal walk to the surrounding eastern beaches.
For a spot of shopping, head to Double Bay village which has an array of boutique options, or venture a little further to Bondi Westfield with a large mix of department stores, high-street and luxury brands.

Dining out? A quick 5-minute walk will deliver you to two of the most iconic pubs in the area. 1. The Golden Sheaf which has a balcony and outdoor garden space, and 2. The Royal Oak Hotel, which features multiple dining areas and bars with versatile food and drink options.

Steyne Park is a 10-minute walk away and a great location right near the water to read a book under the gazebo, or enjoy a picnic and sunbake on a blanket. There is also a playground for little ones.
