Scotland Island is one of those quirky, serene and vibrant locations to explore. It's stunning Pittwater surrounds attract nature lovers, and a large variety of floating enthusiasts. Residents are drawn to the warmth of community, and adore the logistical madness of their water-access-only lifestyle. We fell in love with it instantly, and hope you do too!
The space
Step ashore, straight into the house! Once inside, you'll find:

- A large open plan lounge and kitchen (fully equipped) with cosy fireplace
- A full bathroom with shower and bathtub for two
- A laundry with washer and dryer
- A master bedroom (upstairs) with stunning elevated views and a small balcony
- A second smaller bedroom (also upstairs)
- An amazing front deck that hangs over the water at high tide
- A jetty, pontoon and little beach

Please note, the entire foreshore on Scotland Island is public access (meaning you too are allowed to walk all the way around the island on the waterfront).
During high tide, our neighbor's use our front deck to avoid getting their feet wet.
